  • Panel build

    design & manufactured control panel

    A compact panel was designed for a new oil dosing machine. This included programming and testing prior to dispatch. Onsite installation and commissioning followed.

  • Panel board

    400a panel board installation

    We successfully completed the installation of a new 400A panel board to support an existing distribution board (DB) and an additional machine. Upon completion, the installation presented a clean and professional appearance.

  • DC/AC retrofit

    This project involved retrofitting a new AC inverter and motor from an existing DC clay shredder. The customer faced challenges with maintaining the old DC motor, which led to frequent breakdowns. The new AC conversion not only reduces maintenance requirements but also significantly decreases downtime. Importantly, the system operates with no diminished performance, ensuring continued efficiency and reliability.

  • Matsuura breakdown

    fault finding

    An urgent breakdown on a 1996 Matsuura CNC - the spindle experienced intermittent stoppages during operation, leading to various complications. Diagnostics revealed a momentary dropout of the forward signal on the main I/O board. The issue has been successfully diagnosed and repaired, resulting in a satisfied customer.

  • Replace redesign new panel

    control system upgrade

    The project necessitated an upgrade from a control system that had been in place for over 30 years. We designed and built a new bespoke system that not only improves functionality but also streamlines performance, optimising overall workflow and output.
